IT support was being provided by an in-house IT department with one manager and two full-time subordinate employees.

 

Solution

To increase IT management efficiency, the client decided to optimize and reduce the number of in-house employees of the IT department to one. The two subordinate employees were replaced by the "ProCon Co-operative" plan with 4 hours of on-site support per day being deemed sufficient.
