IT concept design incl. implementation and regular management



Our task for a newly built hotel (230 rooms) was to prepare an effective and reliable IS concept, arrange complete project implementation, and ensure subsequent management.



24 PC workstations, 10 laptops, 10 servers, other network elements

Based on an analysis of the client’s needs, we submitted an overall IT concept and arranged its complete implementation. The approved project was realized without any need for any extraordinary intervention by the client based in his full confidence in and respect for our recommendations.

After operation commenced, the cooperation we provided the client during the pre-opening phase switched to complete support for the hotel’s IT, with the following parameters:

  • Complete internet solution for guests
  • Arranging HW and SW deliveries



Thanks to standards implemented and optimally configured according to our proposed concept, we are now capable of ensuring effective management of this hotel operation to the extent of 16 hours per month.
